Joint Call Audit Forms

Of all the training tools available for recruiting managers to use, none are better than the Joint Call Audit. Observing your team members in action during a sales interview provides great opportunities to witness a recruiter’s strengths and areas of challenge as well as the opportunity to provide timely coaching following the appointment.

By conducting joint calls on a regular basis, you are also demonstrating care and appreciation for the work your team members perform, staying in touch with applicants and/or unit members and keeping your view of business in perspective.

Prospecting Parthenons

Organize your prospecting efforts by building a Parthenon. The idea is taken from the ancient Greek structure. The building’s roof contains a segment of prospects or unit members you want to recruit or retain from. The columns holding up the roof contain the various strategies you can employ to reach out to each segment. Why so many strategies? If one or two columns crack, the whole building will not collapse, because you will have other strategies to help you succeed. Below the columns, you can place the tasks you must complete to implement each prospecting strategy.

AFRC Computer Based Training Modules

The computer-based training modules are designed to be used as an improvement or refresher tool. The training modules are hosted online at a customized website and each module includes a narrated presentation, a transcript of the presentation, and a ten question, multiple choice quiz based on the materials presented. The required passing score on the quiz is 80% and allows for up to three attempts. Periodically, additional training modules will be added. Instructions for administering the program are included below and can be downloaded and printed. There is also a registration link for each module. IMPACT-U Sales Coaching System

The IMPACT-U Sales Coaching System is an 8-module, online sales training reinforcement program used to further improve your sales effectiveness.  The coaching system helps to ensure recruiters are truly understanding and implementing newly learned skills with leads and applicants.
